Medals:

Top Time for each distance will receive a gold medal. (500m, 5km, 2km/1km, 10km, Marathon)

Once an age category reaches 8 competitors, Silver and Bronze medals will also be awarded.

In the Sprints Final (2k youth, open, adaptive & 1k for masters):

Age Categories will start broad and become more narrow as more competitors enter.

The basic brackets will be: Youth (U19), Open, Adaptive, 30-50, 50-up

Once a category has at least three entrees in each of its break-downs the new category will be added.

For example: Womens Youth will grow into U19 and U17. Next U15 will be added, then U13.

Men's Open Small team Efficiency (best average ranking for team of 3-7 guys, any age)

Women's Open small team Efficiency (best average ranking for team of 3-7 ladies, any age)

Mixed Small Team efficiency (best average ranking for mixed teams of 1-4 guys and 1-4 ladies, any age)

Inclusive team efficiency (best average ranking for any team of 3 or more members, at least one adaptive athlete, any ages)

Large Open team efficiency (best average ranking for teams of 10 or more competitors, any age and gender)

Large Youth Team efficiency (best average ranking for teams of 10 or more competitors all born year 2000 or later)

Men's Adult Team Points Champion (most points earned by a men’s team with all competitors born 2002 or before)

Women's Adult Team Points Champion (most points earned by a women’s team with all competitors born 2002 or before)

Men's Youth Team Points Champion (most points earned by a men’s team with all competitors born 2000 or later)

Women's Youth Team Points Champion (most points earned by a women’s team with all competitors born 2000 or later)

Mixed Adaptive Team Points Champions (Any team with at least 2 adaptive competitors of each gender)
